It is a corporate firm offering an integrated type of service. It is a trading member of the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. It is engaged in institutional and proprietary trading. It was also the Depository Participant of Central Depository Sevices India Limited. However, the depository participant services has been surrendered in March,2022. The company is equipped with sophisticated modern technology which enables the company to give the best services to its valuable clientele.
The company is also a SEBI Registered Research Analyst Entity.

Management
The company is managed by the Board of Directors. Mr. B.N.Rathi was the chief promoter and Mr. Govind Rathi were the promoter Directors of the company. Mr. Amit Rathi as the whole-time director is incharge of supervising,directing and overseeing the day to day operations of the company. The Board of Directors of the company shoulders responsibility for the management and administration of affairs of the company. The company has currently the following Directors.
Mr. Amit Rathi is the whole-time director of the company looking after the day to day affairs of the company. He has about 25years of experience in the stock market.
Mr.Radha Kishan Jaju is also one of the director of the company and was the member of the Hyderabad Stock Exchange Limited. He has an experience of over 36 years in the capital market.
Mr. Prakash Narayan Rathi is one of the Directors of the company and he too has a very wide experience in the field of stock and financefor over last 36years.
Mrs. Rama Rathi is the Whole-Time Director. she is the other designated director of the company, with 21 years of experience in the fields of stock markets and finance.
